SUMMARY OF MY LEARNING 2.0

I think the new technology called Learning2.0 is having a significant impact on how we learn through online collaboration, content creation, social networks, and virtual environments. Many believe the term Learning2.0 to be unnecessary, and will not last. This may be true, but for now I'm stickin' with it. I strongly believe that blogs, wikis, RSS, podcasting, videocasting, gaming, simulations, and virtual environments impacting our jobs the ways we are delivering customer service nowadays.
